New York (March 22, 2021) Valuation Research Corporation (VRC), a leading global provider of independent valuation support and advisory services, announced that Co-CEO PJ Patel and Senior Advisor Dwight Grant will be co-chairs of the inaugural American Society Appraisers Complex Securities Virtual Conference. Amir Alerasol, senior vice president, will also be presenting.
The May 20 event will feature presentations from nationally recognized speakers who are leaders in the securities industry and will cover a range of topics, including SPACs, contingent consideration, and volatility. The conference is focused on the needs of valuation and accounting professionals involved in the development and audit and complex securities estimates. His session will take place from 1:45 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. EDT.
Alerasoul, who specializes in the valuation of stock compensation, options, derivatives, and complex securities, will present on volatility. The session will run from 12:00 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. EDT.
