Chad Rucker, Managing Director of Valuation Research Corporation (VRC), a leading global provider of independent valuation support and advisory services, will once again chair and present at the Practising Law Institute’s “How to Read Financial Statements” seminar. This half-day session offers an ideal learning opportunity for attorneys who work with financial information related to business transactions such as M&A, corporate financing, securities filings, or litigation.
The live session will be held in New York on March 29 from 1:30 to 5:15 p.m. ET at the PLI New York Center. A webcast and groupcast locations in Cleveland, Indianapolis, and Nashville are also available.
According to PLI, the half-day session “will provide a primer for understanding the basic elements of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Among other things, the panelists will discuss important elements that all attorneys should be aware of when encountering these financial statements in the course of common business transactions and in litigation.”
