Wayne Tucker

Mr. Tucker specializes in valuations of public and privately held businesses, business interests, intangible assets, financial instruments and derivatives for purposes of financial reporting, tax reporting, and management planning purposes.  He has experience in most major industries, including technology, oil and gas, banking, manufacturing, industrials, and restaurants/food, among others.

Prior to VRC, Wayne was a senior manager at Armanino, LLP, director tax strategy, policy and research at Cleco, a director in the valuation services group at Grant Thornton, LLP, and a senior valuation analyst at Bernstein, Conklin & Balcombe.

Mr. Tucker earned his juris doctor in tax and business law from Tulane University Law School, master of accounting from Tulane University A.B. Freeman School of Business, and bachelor’s degree in finance and political science from Doane College. He is licensed by the State Bar of Texas.
