Shea Delmar

Mr. Delmar specializes in the valuation of machinery and equipment for domestic and international clients. Mr. Delmar has experience in valuations for allocation of purchase price, bankruptcy, internal restructuring, loan collateral consideration, long-lived asset impairment, and tax planning and reporting.

Prior to VRC, Mr. Delmar held the position of experienced manager at Grant Thornton, LLP in their valuation services group where he prepared personal property appraisals for tax purposes, impairment testing, corporate planning purposes, and financial reporting purposes for a variety of industries.

Mr. Delmar received his bachelor of arts degree from Shippensburg University. In addition, Mr. Delmar holds the Professional Machinery and Technical Specialties Accreditation (ASA) designation from the American Society of Appraisers.
