Akshay Arora

Mr. Arora specializes in the valuation of stock compensation, options, derivatives, and complex securities. Along with providing valuation services, Akshay Arora also has extensive experience in model development specific to complex transaction such as securitization transactions and modeling credit risk.

Prior to joining VRC, Akshay Arora held various complex securities position at Deloitte, EY, and Sagard Holdings (Alternative Investment Fund).

Mr. Arora holds a master’s in financial engineering from EISTI (Ecole International des sciences du Traitementde l’information) in Cergy, France, a bachelor’s in accounting & finance from Delhi University in New Delhi, India, and a post graduate diploma in business intelligence & reporting from Montreal College of Information Technology.
