VRC's Patrice Radogna to Speak at ESOP Association's 2017 New England Annual Fall Conference on October 6

Boston, MA (October 5, 2017)

Valuation Research Corporation (VRC), a leading provider of independent valuation support, is pleased to announce that Patrice Radogna, Senior Vice President, will present at the ESOP Association’s 2017 New England Chapter Annual Fall Conference on Friday, October 6 at the Killington Grand Resort Hotel.

Radogna will lead a panel discussion from 10:00 to 11:15 a.m. with Bret Keisling from Capital Trustees. The panel will focus on the roles of internal and external trustees and will include case studies and scenarios offered by attendees.  

“I am looking forward to joining Bret on Friday for a meaningful discussion about the duties of Trustees, as it pertains to ESOPs,” said Patrice Radogna. “We will explore the various functions of Trustees and best practicing in performing those duties, especially in light of recent scrutiny from the DOL and court issued decisions pertaining to Trustees of ESOPs.”
