VRC’s Chad Rucker to Chair PLI Seminar for Attorneys on How to Read Financial Statements

Valuation Research Corporation (VRC), a leading provider of independent valuation services, is pleased to announce that managing director, Chad Rucker, will chair an upcoming Practising Law Institute (PLI) seminar on the topic of “How to Read Financial Statements” on March 31, 2017.
 
This half-day event includes a distinguished panel of experts who will provide a primer for understanding balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. The panelists will discuss basic elements that all attorneys should be aware of when encountering financial statements in the course of common business transactions and in litigation. The seminar will be held in New York at the PLI New York Center and will be simultaneously webcast in Atlanta, Indianapolis and Nashville. Continuing Education Credits will be available.
 
The seminar program is designed specifically for attorneys who work with financial information in the course of business transactions, including M&A and corporate financing transactions, securities filings, or in the content of litigation.
