Richard Nordberg to Retire from VRC

Milwaukee, WI (December 19, 2016)

Valuation Research Corporation (VRC), a leading provider of independent valuation services, announced today that Richard Nordberg, Managing Director and Senior Vice President, will retire after more than 35 years with VRC. He served on the Board of Directors and was a Partner in the firm.

“Dick Nordberg dedicated his career to serving VRC’s clients and will be missed,” said William Hughes, Co-CEO of VRC. “With more than 40 years in the industry, he worked on all aspects of valuation consulting and served hundreds of companies large and small.”

Mr. Nordberg joined VRC in 1981 as Vice President and Manager of Professional Services, Central Region. He assumed responsibility for the management of business development in several major markets. He applied his expertise to the valuation of business enterprises, equity securities and intellectual propertyin mergers and acquisitions, estate valuations, prospective offerings, and financing or financial reporting. Before joining VRC, Nordberg worked in the Financial Valuation Division of American Appraisal Associates, Inc. 

Nordberg holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater and a BBA from St. Norbert College.
