Vincent Flaherty

Mr. Flaherty specializes in valuations for financial reporting, incentive compensation, mergers & acquisitions, and tax restructuring/planning purposes. Mr. Flaherty has experience as a valuation advisor to clients in various industries with a particular expertise serving clients in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Valuation Research Corporation, Mr. Flaherty held valuation positions with Ernst & Young LLP in Boston and Standard & Poor’s Corporate Value Consulting (a former unit of PricewaterhouseCoopers). Representative engagements included goodwill impairment testing, purchase price allocations, business enterprise valuations, and the estimation of both fair value and fair market value for numerous equity interests.

Mr. Flaherty earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Boston College, and a master’s degree in finance from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts. Additionally, he holds the designation of chartered financial analyst (CFA) by the CFA Institute.
