Summer Parrish

A financial valuation specialist, Summer Parrish has particular expertise in the analysis of options and lease portfolios. Like the other members of our financial staff, she conducts and participates in business valuations, purchase price allocations, appraisals of intellectual property, and development of opinions regarding solvency, capital adequacy, and fairness.

Ms. Parrish holds a B.S.S. from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from Rutgers. She has also earned the designation chartered financial analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute.

Since joining Valuation Research in 1989, Ms. Parrish has served such clients as AT&T, Barnes & Noble, Chase Manhattan Bank, Data Broadcasting, Diversified Communications, General Electric Capital, Neiman Marcus, Perot Systems, and Price Communications.
