Stephen B. Goldberg

Mr. Goldberg has 25 years of experience valuing various types and property interests on both a national and international level. He has valued real property in most major markets throughout the United States, as well as many markets throughout Canada, Europe and parts of Asia. He has performed or reviewed real estate appraisals for most of the major property classes, including but not limited to agricultural, residential, commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality and healthcare.

Prior to joining Valuation Research, Mr. Goldberg held senior positions with Marshall and Stevens and CBIZ (Formerly Valuation Counselors Group), where he was active in the development, execution and management of real estate valuations on a national level.

Mr. Goldberg earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from Temple University, where he graduated cum laude. In addition, he is an accredited senior appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers, an associate member of the Appraisal Institute and a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He is a state certified appraiser in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as a licensed real estate broker in the state of Pennsylvania.
