Shakespeare James

Mr. James specializes in business enterprise valuations, solvency and fairness opinions, and valuations of intangible assets.

Prior to joining Valuation Research, Mr. James was an intern at Cogent Partners, L.P., where he performed comparable trading analysis on more than 100 portfolio companies to arrive at valuations for private equity holdings. He also completed internships at The Oberon Group, L.L.C. and Marlin & Associates, L.L.C.

Mr. James holds the designation of chartered financial analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute. In addition, he earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from New York University, Leonard Stern School of Business.
