Ryan Montoya

Mr. Montoya specializes in business enterprise valuations and intangible-asset valuations. He is also involved with valuations related to corporate transaction opinions, including fairness and solvency, and various forms of equity and debt securities. He has provided valuations for clients in most major industries including life sciences, retail, manufacturing, private equity, software, and technology.

Prior to joining Valuation Research, Mr. Montoya was an associate with FMV Opinions, Inc., in Irvine, CA, where he performed wealth management valuations.

Mr. Montoya holds the designation of chartered financial analyst (CFA). He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Pomona College in Claremont, California.
