Richard Nordberg

Mr. Nordberg’s career in the valuation industry covers more than 30 years. He has experience in business development, engagement management and review, and the valuation of business interests and intellectual property. His knowledge and experience allow him to assist clients in understanding the valuation process and he is actively involved in the execution and review of all engagements undertaken for his clients. He has also testified as an expert witness in various legal proceedings.

Before joining Valuation Research, he was a senior financial analyst for American Appraisal Associates providing valuation consulting services in support of mergers and acquisitions, estate tax valuations, recapitalizations, and financing. He joined Valuation Research in 1981.

Mr. Nordberg holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin, and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater.
