Philip Mastil

Mr. Mastil specializes in valuations of business enterprises and intangible assets for financial reporting and tax purposes.

Prior to joining Valuation Research, Mr. Mastil was an associate in the corporate advisory group of Willamette Management Associates in New York. In this capacity, he performed valuations for financial reporting requirements under ASC 805 and 350, litigation support purposes, corporate planning, and fairness and solvency opinions.

Mr. Mastil holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Pennsylvania State University, and a master’s degree in finance and corporate accounting from the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York. In addition, he is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
