Peter Morrison

Peter Morrison has more than 20 years of experience in the valuation industry, specializing in real estate valuations. He is particularly skilled in performing valuations of medical facilities and retail properties in the oil and gas industry.

Prior to joining Valuation Research, Mr. Morrison held the position of director of reports and documentation for Universal Medical Buildings. In this capacity, he was responsible for financial modeling and analysis of healthcare facilities and medical office projects.

Mr. Morrison holds a bachelor’s degree in geography from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota. He is also an affiliate member and an associate member of the Appraisal Institute.
