Paul Balynsky

Mr. Balynsky specializes in business valuations of business entities and intangible assets for financial reporting and tax purposes.

Prior to joining Valuation Research, Mr. Balynsky held the position of manager of financial analysis for the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), in Washington, D.C. In this capacity, he managed ongoing surveillance and analysis of large publicly traded issuers to identify possible accounting irregularities.

He holds the designation of chartered financial analyst (CFA) and is a certified public accountant accredited in business valuation (CPA/ABV). Mr. Balynsky earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Georgetown University.
