Mark Zoladz

Mr. Zoladz specializes in business valuations and valuations of intangible assets used for financial reporting, compensation, mergers & acquisitions, and tax restructuring purposes. He has served clients in most major industries including power and energy, financial services, consumer services and healthcare.

Prior to joining Valuation Research, Mr. Zoladz was an associate financial officer in the business planning and financial analysis department of John Hancock Financial Services in Boston. In this capacity, he performed financial analysis relating to various corporate initiatives.

Mr. Zoladz holds the designation of chartered financial analyst (CFA) and is a member of the CFA Institute. He earned a master’s degree in finance from Boston College, and a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Bentley College.
