
Mr. Meyers specializes in the valuation of business enterprises, equity securities, and intangible assets. Mr. Meyers also has significant experience executing fairness and solvency opinions issued to boards of directors and senior management with respect to change of control and leveraged transactions. He has provided valuation services for a number of client motivations including financial reporting and tax purposes, investment opportunities, strategic planning and litigation support.
Prior to joining Valuation Research, Mr. Meyers was an associate with Willamette Management Associates, an independent business valuation firm. He also worked at State Street Corporation assisting institutional investors throughout the investment decision-making and execution process.
Mr. Meyers holds the designation of chartered financial analyst (CFA) and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of San Francisco. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Boston College.
