Joseph Mickle

A 35-year veteran of the valuation industry, Joseph Mickle appraises both machinery and equipment and real estate. Mr. Mickle has extensive experience valuing assets employed in the chemical, food and beverage, oil and gas, and retail industries.

Prior to joining Valuation Research Corporation, Mr. Mickle held the position of appraisal director with Marshall & Stevens. He has been designated an accredited senior appraiser (ASA) by the American Society of Appraisers.

Mr. Mickle has qualified as an expert witness regarding the value of machinery and equipment before the United States Bankruptcy Courts in Scranton and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, before the United States Federal Court in Allentown, Pennsylvania and before the Tennessee State Board of Equalization.
