Jason Mutarelli

Mr. Mutarelli specializes in business valuations, valuations of intellectual property, and solvency and fairness opinions. He has served clients in most major industries.

Prior to joining Valuation Research, he was an associate at Willamette Management Associates. In this capacity, he performed appraisals involving closely-held companies for estate and gift tax planning purposes and employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), among other types of valuations.

Mr. Mutarelli holds the designation of chartered financial analyst (CFA) and is an accredited senior appraiser (ASA). He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce, with a concentration in finance and marketing, from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
