Jane Myung

Ms. Myung specializes in financial valuations, including valuations of business enterprises and intangible assets. She is also involved with valuations related to corporate transaction opinions, including fairness, solvency and capital adequacy. While she has served clients in most major industries, much of her work has been concentrated in the technology sector.

Prior to joining Valuation Research, Ms. Myung held the position of manager with Huron Consulting Group. In this capacity, she performed valuations for financial reporting, tax planning, and litigation and disputes.

Ms. Myung holds the designation of chartered financial analyst (CFA). She earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
