
Mr. Wissinger specializes in business enterprise, capital stock, and solvency-related valuations. Additionally, he conducts financial studies and analyses of intellectual properties and other intangible assets.
Previously, Mr. Wissinger was co-founder, principal, and managing director of Commonwealth Capital Group where he was responsible for portfolio management of a regional private equity fund dedicated to alternative asset investing in micro-market industrial businesses. Prior to Commonwealth, he was a senior manager in the Valuation Services Group of Arthur Andersen where he was responsible for the management of a multi-disciplinary financial services group. While there he valued public and private companies and intangible assets for a variety of purposes: pre-acquisition consulting, litigation, sale, equitable distribution, purchase price allocation, transfer pricing, estate and gift tax, restructuring, ESOPs, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Wissinger has performed fairness and solvency opinions for corporate transactions.
Mr. Wissinger holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Roanoke College.
