Christopher Krapfl

Mr. Krapfl specializes in valuations of capital stock, business enterprises, and intangible-assets for financial reporting and tax purposes. In addition, he is involved in developing opinions regarding fairness, solvency, and capital adequacy. Mr. Krapfl has provided valuations for clients in most major industries including education, communications, healthcare, manufacturing, retail trade, software, technology, and transportation.

Prior to joining Valuation Research, Mr. Krapfl held the position of financial analyst with Marshall & Stevens. In this capacity, he served as a financial consultant and completed appraisals involving closely-held companies, intellectual property and intangible assets.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentrations in finance and accounting from the University of South Florida.
