Mr. Edge’s career has been dedicated to providing valuation services to the investment banking and private equity community. He specializes in solvency, fairness and capital surplus opinions, but also has experience providing business valuations, purchase price allocations, and intangible-asset valuations.

He has served numerous industries, including paper and packaging, healthcare, oil and gas, hospitality, telecommunications, steel, automotive, and semiconductors.

Mr. Edge holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA). He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the Gatton College of Business and Economics at the University of Kentucky.
