Anthony Law

Mr. Law specializes in the valuation of business enterprises, stock options, derivative securities, and intangible assets as well as fairness and solvency opinions for corporate boards of directors and senior management. In addition to his business valuation experience, Mr. Law has provided financial, M&A, and capital raising advisory services to middle market companies throughout the United States. He has served clients in most major industries.

Prior to joining Valuation Research, Mr. Law spent four years with Deloitte & Touche LLP in Chicago, and three years at an international investment and merchant banking, business valuation, and investor relations firm located in Chicago.

He holds a master’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois.
