New York (April 11, 2024) – Valuation Research Corporation (VRC), a leading global provider of independent valuation support and advisory services, announced that Managing Director Chad Rucker will speak at Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) upcoming program, How to Read Financial Statements.

Practising Law Institute is a nonprofit learning organization dedicated to keeping attorneys and other professionals at the forefront of knowledge and expertise. The organization provides accredited, continuing legal and professional education programs that are delivered by more than 4,000 volunteer faculty including lawyers, judges, investment bankers, accountants, corporate counsel, and U.S. and international government regulators.

Rucker will participate in a panel at 1:15 titled “Balance Sheet Analysis and Application.” The panel is designed for lawyers who may be unfamiliar with financial statements. Panelists will discuss the information communicated by financial statements and how it is used in analysis and decision making. The event will take place on April 19 from 1:00-5:15pm EDT, with Rucker presenting at 1:15pm.
