Valuation Research performs feasibility studies and valuations in connection with employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and assists in transaction design and structuring. Our valuations include both those for plan initiation and those required annually under federal law.
In addition, we supply corporate boards of directors with adequate-consideration opinions and fairness opinions in connection with sales or repurchases of company stock. Depending upon circumstances, these opinions may be useful in addressing concerns of shareholders, lenders, creditors, or the Securities and Exchange Commission.
